Working in partnership with invigor8 since 2015, we have refocused, aligned and engaged our people around a new set of Values and a simplified corporate narrative designed to uplift both internal performance and customer satisfaction. The invigor8 team have also helped us to design and articulate a new Customer Journey together with our annual temperature check (now in our third year), and a challenge-based programme to enable everyone to explore how they can contribute to the Mission and Imperatives of FSCS and make our Values come to life.
